East State Capital LLC is a privately funded holding and investment company based in the Ohio River Valley. We acquire and operate small businesses in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio — the kind of companies that quietly keep their communities running.

We're not a private equity fund. There are no outside investors waiting on an exit, no five-year clock, no playbook of cost cuts. We invest our own capital with the intent to own these businesses for the long term — often permanently.
